Delivery Times

All our products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse in collaboration with our trusted supplier.

Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In most countries, our packages fit through the mailbox, so you do not need to stay home to receive your delivery.

Address Information

It is important to provide accurate information when placing your order. Please ensure that you enter your real and complete first and last name, without using a company name. Incomplete or incorrect recipient information may lead to customs inspections, delivery delays, or lost packages. Alma Ricci cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Once your order has been shipped, usually within 1–2 business days, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

Customs Costs

We cover all customs duties and related import costs, so you will not face unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with our refund and return policy.
